Under the theme "Environmental Studies" of the campaign, a three-day workshop was arranged by WBPCB. Jagadis Bose National Science Talent Search (JBNSTS) was the key collaborator of the workshop. About 18 school and college teachers participated in the training programme held from 15^th to 18^th August 2003 at Paribesh Bhawan. The idea was to inculcate the importance of environmental protection among the teachers to convey the same to the students by undertaking various environmental awareness related activities in their schools and colleges. The three-day long workshop titled "Our Environment and us" had the following features:
